Orders

All products will be put into production upon order. Please allow 2-4 weeks before receiving your jewel to your specified address. Once an order is placed you will receive an email confirmation containing the details of your order. Upon your order being approved and processed for shipment, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number along with confirmation that your order has been dispatched.

Some pieces are one of a kind and if sold can not be replicated exactly. We welcome custom orders and will require a consultation appointment to discuss details and a 50% down payment in order to begin building.

Our goal is to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible. All orders within the domestic US will be shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). The exact shipping cost for your order will be added and displayed at checkout.

Changes/Cancellations

Once an order has been placed on our website we are unable to modify or cancel the order for any reason. Please refer to our return policy and return your purchase once you have received your order if you wish to return or exchange an item.

You may choose to receive our periodic newsletter to learn about new merchandise, trends, promotions, sales and discounts. You may opt out of this subscriber list at any time by clicking unsubscribe at the footer of your email notification.

Returns Policy

Please e-mail love@neptunejewels.com for all returns and exchanges in order to receive a Return Authorization number. Please title the subject of your email either ‘Return’ or ‘Exchange’ followed by your order number.

Please note that all returns or exchanges sent to Neptune Jewels without a Return Authorization number will be shipped back to the sender.

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.

We accept returns or exchanges for unworn jewelry within 7 days of delivery.

If you are interested in exchanging an item, please return the original item purchased, and you will be issued a refund minus the cost of shipping. You can then place a new order or a secure invoice can be emailed to you. We do not cover the cost of shipping for domestic and international exchanges.

All refunds will be processed minus the shipping charge within 1-3 days of receipt at our office. We do not cover the cost of shipping for domestic or international returns.

All custom pieces are non-refundable but can be altered. A private appointment to discuss further personalized one-of-a-kind custom orders can be arranged and is recommended.

Repairs Policy

Purchased From Neptune Jewels:
For all repair inquiries, please email love@neptunejewels.com. Please include your name, description, photo of the damage, and proof of purchase. If we are able to repair your piece, we will issue you an Repair Authorization number and shipping instructions. Repairs take 3-6 weeks to complete.

All repairs are subject to shipping charges.

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
